Eligibility / Qualification Required:

Through strong communication and persuasive skills, the role of a Relationship Manager Telesales is to provide services and convince customer to opt for different banking products & value added services using tele marketing channel. Have direct communication with the customers to provide in depth product details, features and convince customers to subscribe for relevant products or services as per customer’s needs.

• Strive towards meeting the assigned sales/cross sell targets.
• Proper usage of systems/applications must be ensured.
• In addition to sale targets, the cross sell must also maintain a healthy ratio of connected calls out of total calls made in any period i.e. Daily/monthly.
• Courtesy & accuracy norm must be followed.
• Attendance, Punctuality and manned minutes are completed to achieve the productivity targets.
• Be a team player and support team in achieving overall targets.
