Eligibility / Qualification Required:
- Education: Bachelor Degree preferred.
- Responsibilities as a Senior Associate:
- Proactively assist in the management of several clients, while reporting to Managers and above.
- Train and lead staff.
- Establish effective working relationships directly with clients.
- Contribute to the development of your own and team’s technical acumen.
- Keep up to date with local and national business and economic issues.
- Be actively involved in business development activities to help identify and research opportunities on new/existing clients.
- Continue to develop internal relationships and your PwC brand.
- Primary Responsibilities of L&D Senior Associate II:
- Design, facilitation, and analysis of learning & development activities and interventions.
- Translate identified learning and development needs into program or course summaries, training activity plans, and training materials.
- Translate identified trainee competencies into training activities.
- Facilitate training during the implementation of the program/course.
- Gather and analyze data on the learning and development needs of the firm.
- Develop training materials, including videos, instructor guides, online content and participant manuals.
- Secondary Responsibilities:
- Institutional marketing of L&D interventions.

- Draft and maintain L&D marketing and communications (Email, Spark, Signpost).
