Responsibilities:
- Operate and oversee the carousel ride ensuring smooth and safe operation at all times.
- Perform routine safety checks and maintenance on the carousel before and during operation.
- Assist guests with boarding and disembarking the ride, ensuring adherence to safety protocols.
- Monitor rider behavior to ensure compliance with safety guidelines and intervene when necessary.
- Report any operational issues or incidents promptly to management and maintenance staff.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness around the carousel area.
- Provide friendly and engaging customer service to enhance the entertainment experience.
- Follow all company policies and safety regulations consistently.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in ride operation or amusement park environment preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with guests of all ages.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and outdoor environment.
- Reliable, punctual, and capable of working flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
