Eligibility / Qualification Required:
This is an exciting role that will provide a high level of engagement, visibility, and ownership, and will leverage your previous project management and technical experience to help deliver exceptional results for our site and our company. Manage strategic projects across site, region, and business unit stakeholders Create front end technical base plans Work with a central project delivery team based in Cincinnati Prepare project timelines inclusive of key project milestones, providing transparency to the project team(s) and communicating with cross-functional teams Manage risks and define resolution strategies while creating clarity in ambiguous situations Develop new processes and routines for increased visibility and accountability Report on project progress and communicate relevant information to manager & leadership Job Qualifications 2-6 years of relevant project engineering experience BS or MS in an Electrical Engineering, an electrically related technical degree, or relevant electrical experience (including military service) Demonstrated portfolio and project management experience with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Financial and budget management experience Multi-functional team leadership experience Demonstrated technical mastery, leadership, & collaboration skills Preferred: Prior manufacturing industry experience Local to Maine Project manager certifications like CAPM, PMP, etc Starting Salary Range: $85,000.00 - $115,000.00 Compensation for roles at P&G varies depending on a wide array of non-discriminatory factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, degree/credentials, relevant skill set, and level of relevant experience. Any exceptions would be based on the Company's specific business needs at the time and place of recruitment as well as the particular qualifications of the individual.
