We are seeking a seasoned SAP-PP Senior Manager to lead and optimize our production planning processes through SAP. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in SAP-PP, strong leadership capabilities, and a strategic mindset to drive operational excellence across manufacturing and supply chain functions.
Key Responsibilities- Lead SAP-PP implementation, upgrades, and support across global manufacturing sites.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (MM, SD, QM, PM, APO) to ensure seamless integration and data flow.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP solutions and configurations.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives in production planning, capacity planning, and shop floor control.
- Manage and mentor a team of SAP consultants and analysts.
- Oversee change management, training, and user adoption strategies.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and internal governance policies.
- Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams.
Eligibility / Qualification Required:
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
- Experience: 12+ years of hands-on experience in SAP-PP, including configuration, customization, and integration.
- Proven track record of leading SAP-PP projects in large-scale manufacturing environments.
- Strong understanding of discrete and process manufacturing processes.
- Experience with S/4HANA is highly desirable.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
