Our client, a reputable financial institution and an equal opportunity employer, is seeking a dedicated, experienced, and highly skilled professional for the following position, to be based at their Karachi Office. The individual will lead the company’s legal function, providing strategic legal guidance to the board and management, managing litigation, and ensuring compliance with corporate governance and regulatory requirements. The role also oversees the drafting, review, and vetting of all legal documentation.
Eligibility / Qualification Required:
- LL.B or LL.M (16 years of education) from a university recognized by the Higher Education Commission (HEC).
- Minimum 15 years of relevant professional experience, including at least 6 years in a senior management role.
- The candidate must have experience in the financial sector.
- Candidates who meet the specified criteria are encouraged to complete all required fields and submit their resume.
