Become a key figure in building PwC's capacity within Defence & Public Sector Advisory. PwC is now strengthening its Defence team with a strategic and operationally-oriented profile, who will lead the effort to build our capacity in Capacity Building/Financial Management and the implementation of complex tasks directed at the Danish Armed Forces and related authorities in Denmark.

As Senior Manager/Director, you will have a central role in driving projects and developing client relationships within the defense sector. You will play a key role in supporting the increasing need for professional advice in a growing and transforming sector – and help ensure that capacity and financial management go hand in hand with political priorities and operational needs.
In short, your tasks will be to:
- Build PwC’s advisory capacity in the defense sector.
- Advise the Armed Forces and related authorities.
- Drive complex deliveries and transformation projects.
- Collaborate closely with internal experts in areas such as law, strategy, digitalization, and risk management to ensure holistic solutions.
- Develop and execute strategic initiatives that create lasting value for both the Armed Forces and PwC – including analyses, decision bases, and impact assessments.
- Build strong relationships with relevant key personnel in the Ministry of Defense, VFK, FMI, and other stakeholders.

Eligibility / Qualification Required:
We know you can't do everything beforehand. Therefore, the most important thing for us is that you:
- Minimum 2-4 years of experience in capacity building, financial management, controlling – preferably from the consulting industry, the Armed Forces, or larger public organizations.
- Understanding of state finance, budget processes, and performance management in a politically governed context.
- Experience in driving change and achieving results in complex organizations.
- A strong analytical profile and ability to translate strategy into concrete action.
- Credibility and impact in dialogue with both management level and specialist employees.
