Eligibility / Qualification Required:
Minimum qualifications: Minimum experience: - 4 Years of Banking experience with at least 2 years in branch managerial role, the experience requirement will increase depending on branch size / location / type
- Ensure fulfillment of all roles and responsibilities by all staff in the branch
- Responsible to manage all activities of the branch including sales, operations, and administration
- Achievement of assigned goals / targets and ensure productivity of all staff in achieving their respective targets
- Ensure highest level of accuracy and professionalism is maintained across branch while providing services to the customers
- Act as a consultant to customers by understanding their financial, business, transactional and investment needs, and facilitate entire branch staff in doing the same
- Conduct daily morning huddle with all branch members to emphasize on the deliverables
- Provide coaching and guidance to branch staff, to increase staff motivation and morale by offering job rotations and enhancement and providing appropriate training to perform their duties effectively
- Remain up to date with regulatory and bank policies, procedures, services, and system to remain compliant and avoid risk factors that may hinder smooth branch operations
- Responsible for building business credibility, integrity & public confidence for Bank in general & for the branch in particular
- Implement effective control mechanism to nullify any possibilities of frauds, forgeries, and operational losses
- Ensure all headcount of the branch is duly hired and on boarded for smooth BAU activities
- Responsible to execute channel migration strategy by ensuring goals assigned to relevant staff for channel migration are successfully achieved
- Responsible to ensure all customer grievances are resolved efficiently and according to customer satisfaction
- Maintain effective customer engagement within the branch to improve customer relationship, boost loyalty and customer retention.
- Responsible to ensure proper upkeep / maintenance of the branch by assigning activities to BOM and Floor Manager to provide comfortable look and feel.
- Ensure that all branch matters not resolved in time by stakeholders are flagged to Area Management on timely basis.
- Ensure the area management is consulted and informed for all matters related to branch upkeep / cost approvals
- To monitor all activities in the branch are properly performed by relevant staff with daily checks and balances
- Ensure that all the branch expenses are incurred within approved budget in consultation with Area Management & BOM.
- Take steps to reduce cost where possible without compromising the overall decorum and ambience of the branch
- Ensure that Branch reconciliation, suspense and other assets accounts are closely monitored by the staff assigned
- Ensure to achieve highest standard in non-financial KPIs including Internal Audit, Internal control & Service Quality
- Responsible for any additional task assigned by the line management
