PwC SEAC’s Digital Transformation practice provides a combination of business and technology advice from strategy to execution and helps solve our clients’ most complex business challenges in today’s highly integrated environment. The FS Strategy & Ops team enables banking institutions, asset managers and insurance companies to drive growth and cost transformation initiatives supporting landmark deals (mergers, divestments), accelerate the digital change in their operations and business processes, coaching new ways of working and managing change initiatives and technology implementations. We work closely with our own innovation centres, big technology firms and Fintechs to bring the best solutions to our clients. It is our goal to support our clients to achieve sustained growth, increased operational efficiency to increase their competitive advantage, as well as to ensure that operational systems are agile and responsive to a constantly changing environment and highly complex ecosystem.
Eligibility / Qualification Required:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in business, economics, finance or a related field
- Minimum 8-11 years of relevant experience including Consulting background with demonstrated skills in building pipeline, managing projects and communicating effectively with clients and teams; or otherwise with strong Banking & Financial Services industry experience
- Strong analytical, interpersonal and communication skills with a track record of senior executive level engagement
- Agile, Scrum, PMP, Lean / Six-Sigma or equivalent certifications will be advantageous
