Eligibility / Qualification Required:

Job Qualifications Required Qualifications: BA/BS in Graphic Design or similar field. 3+ years of full-time design work experience (outside of freelance work). Experience in package design with an understanding of basic print feasibility. Disciplined with superior time and project management skills; possess the ability to set priorities and be accountable. Preferred Qualifications: Uses empathy and non-linear thinking: Must be able to see the consumer as a person and ideate solutions with the consumer in mind.
