Job Description & Summary Do you want to help organizations make their workforce future-proof—from strategy to concrete design of functions, skills, and teams? As a Senior Associate Workforce Design, you will work on projects translating organizational goals into a workable design for people and work. This is what you will do: You will be part of the Workforce Transformation Team: an inclusive, multidisciplinary team that works on challenging and meaningful client assignments at the intersection of organization, work, and reward. You will collaborate with colleagues who actively share their expertise and keep each other sharp. We use the latest technologies, including AI tools, and combine in-depth content with a pragmatic approach. Through targeted coaching, collaboration, and knowledge sharing, you will continue to develop yourself, and together we will make a sustainable impact for our clients. As a Senior Associate Workforce Transformation, you will work at the core of workforce design. You translate strategic and people-related issues into concrete designs for functions, roles, and compensation structures. You work in a change context and explicitly consider how technological developments, such as automation and generative AI, influence the content of work and required skills. In addition to substantive expertise, you take ownership in execution: you run (sub)workstreams, monitor quality and planning, and effectively engage with various stakeholders to arrive at well-founded decisions.Key tasks and responsibilities:
  • Designing and maintaining job structures, role and job descriptions, and performing job evaluations (e.g., with STRATA).
  • Developing and implementing job and skills frameworks and competency models, with an eye on future ways of working and the impact of AI.
  • Performing analyses around equal work for equal pay, interchangeability, and impact analyses to support reorganizations or redesigns.
  • Analyzing compensation benchmark data and translating market and organizational data into cohesive salary structures and concrete compensation proposals.

Eligibility / Qualification Required:

  • As a Senior Associate Workforce Design, you want to build and further develop relationships, make a difference, and maximize your own potential and that of your colleagues.
  • You have completed a university degree, preferably in the field of human resources.
  • You have several years of experience in job description, job evaluation, and compensation, preferably across various sectors.
  • You can connect organizational design with related HR processes such as compensation, strategic workforce planning, training, and performance management.
  • You want to develop yourself broadly and enjoy challenging yourself by tackling work you haven't done before.
  • You are flexible and can quickly switch between different assignments and disciplines.
  • You are a team player, proactive, flexible, energetic, customer-focused, outgoing, and have a good commercial instinct and talent for relationship management.
  • You have excellent communication skills, including a good command of English.
  • You speak and write Dutch fluently.
  • You are able to develop innovative services and enjoy the challenge of working in an international environment.
