Eligibility / Qualification Required:

Develop and run experiments to validate or disprove concepts, enhance archival solutions and user experience, and to optimize existing processes for efficiency and compliance. The Ideal Candidate: Is the "go-to" person for other teams in relation to digital products, demonstrating strong leadership and communication skills. Job Qualifications Required: At least one role with two or more diverse experiences, demonstrating a broad understanding of IT and business processes. Demonstrated depth of applied IT skills with 5+ years of experience in Digital Product , with a strong understanding of data management, archiving principles, and compliance frameworks. Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
