Requirements:
- A successful National Sales Manager should have:
- A degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Marketing, or Life Sciences.
- Proven experience in sales leadership within the Life Science industry.
- Strong understanding of sales strategies and market dynamics in Riyadh.
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to build client relationships.
- Proficiency in analysing sales data and presenting actionable insights.
- A results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets.
- 10+ years of progressive sales experience, with at least 3-5 years in a senior leadership capacity.
- Strong background in pharmaceutical wholesale or large-scale FMCG distribution environments.
- Demonstrated expertise in leadership, negotiation, and data?informed commercial decision?making.
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Business, or a related field; MBA is an advantage.
- Exceptional communication skills in both Arabic and English.
