Eligibility / Qualification Required:
MBA in Finance with at least 2 year of relevant experience
Job Description / Responsibilities:
- Actively contribute to the formulation of financial strategies and policies, aligning them seamlessly with overarching organizational objectives. Collaborate with relevant departments to compile comprehensive financial data for strategic budgeting purposes.
- Prepare annual budgets, forecasts, and financial plans in coordination with the management team to ensure alignment with organizational teams.
- Monitor budget performance and provide regular reports by analyzing financial data and provide insights to support decision-making.
- Assist in financial modeling, cost analysis, and financial projections.to ensure accurate financial recordkeeping and reporting.
- Manage financial transactions, including accounts payable, receivable, financial audits and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Assist in preparing financial reports for management and external stakeholders.
- Provide financial support and guidance to project teams and departments.
- Assist in developing and implementing cost-saving initiatives.
- Identify and assess risks under their management/ownership.
- Develop and implement risk response strategies for the risks under their management.
- Monitor risks and response strategies under their management.
- Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of information provided for risk reporting.
- Undertake any other assignment as instructed by the immediate supervisor.
