Eligibility / Qualification Required:

• Qualification:

  Bachelors/Masters in English, Mass Communications, Journalism or equivalent

• Experience:

  At least 2-3 years of experience.

Job Description / Notes:

Press Releases/Articles

• Write press releases/articles for about IHN and various events (in English and Urdu)
• Write human interest stories, conduct interviews and create interesting content for all IHN publications (print, digital and social media)

Annual Report

• Assist in collecting data and information by liaising with directorates, hospitals and departments
• Assist in collecting photos relevant to the content
• Assist in proof reading the Report

Newsletter

• Develop a quarterly newsletter using Mail Chimp to be released by the first 15 days of each quarter
• Assist in developing content for monthly newsletter
• Develop monthly newsletter using Mail Chimp to be released by the 5th of each month Video Scripts
• Work with Deputy Manager, Editorial Service to write/translate script for various documentaries, patient stories and other videos

Style Guide

• Assist in updating writing and publication style guide for IHHN (in English and Urdu)

Requirement:

● Bachelors/Masters in English, Mass Communications, Journalism or equivalent
● At least 2-3 years of experience.
