Eligibility / Qualification Required:
A Field Officer – Credit Cards is responsible for promoting and selling the bank’s credit card products in the field. The role involves meeting potential customers, explaining product features, collecting applications, and ensuring compliance with bank policies.
• Approach potential customers in assigned areas, markets, offices, or malls to promote credit card products.
• Explain credit card features, benefits, charges, and eligibility criteria clearly to customers.
• Collect complete and accurate credit card application forms along with required documents.
• Verify customer information as per bank and regulatory requirements (KYC).
• Achieve assigned monthly sales and acquisition targets.
• Follow up with customers regarding application status and address queries.
• Maintain daily sales reports and update the supervisor regularly.
• Ensure compliance with bank policies, SBP regulations, and ethical sales practices.
• Handle customer concerns professionally and coordinate with internal teams when required.
