Eligibility / Qualification Required:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Cost Control Engineer to join our dynamic team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in managing project budgets, analyzing costs, and ensuring financial efficiency throughout all phases of construction projects.
Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain cost control systems and procedures to monitor project expenditures.
• Analyze project progress and costs to identify variances and provide timely recommendations for cost optimization.
• Collaborate with project teams to evaluate potential risks and implement mitigation strategies related to cost overruns.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management
• Proven experience as a Cost Control Engineer or similar role within construction or engineering projects.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in cost estimation and budgeting software/tools.
• Excellent understanding of construction processes and project management principles.
• Effective communication skills to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• must have UAE main contracting experience
