We are looking for an experienced
MS Dynamics Tester (Manager) to lead quality assurance efforts for Microsoft Dynamics 365 implementations. This role involves overseeing testing strategies, managing teams, and ensuring seamless delivery of enterprise solutions. This exciting opportunity is within the Technology sector, specializing in Advisory - Other Management.
Key Responsibilities include leading end-to-end testing for MS Dynamics 365 (Finance, Operations, CRM modules), defining and implementing test strategies, plans, and automation frameworks, collaborating with business analysts, developers, and stakeholders to ensure requirements are met, managing defect tracking, reporting, and resolution processes, mentoring and guiding junior testers, and driving continuous improvement in testing methodologies and tools.

Eligibility / Qualification Required:
- 8+ years of experience in software testing, with at least 4+ years in ERP/CRM solutions.
- Strong knowledge of functional, integration, and regression testing.
- Experience with test automation tools (Selenium, RSAT, etc.).
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- ISTQB certification or equivalent is a plus.
