This is what you will do: We are looking for a professional at the (Senior) Manager level who identifies with the roles of functional lead/architect and program/project manager who wants to make a difference in the digital transformation of public organizations using Microsoft technology and GenAI and Agentic AI. As a (Senior) Manager, you – together with your team – ensure that clients successfully realize their digital transformation. You work closely with highly qualified professionals within PwC and come into contact with various fields such as Operations Transformation and Finance Transformation. You are the specialist in Dynamics 365, Power Platform and/or Copilot and set the strategic course for our clients. You win projects, manage teams and are a sparring partner for senior positions at clients. You understand the client's business processes and translate these into smart GenAI/Agentic AI and Microsoft technology-driven solutions, combining Dynamics 365, Power Platform and/or Copilot, among others. Together with your project team, you design and implement these solutions and bear the ultimate responsibility for the substantive success of the project. In addition to leading complex programs and projects, you actively contribute to business development and the growth of our Microsoft practice in the public sector. You build and maintain strong client relationships and take the lead in acquiring new assignments.
The team: The Technology Application Consulting Microsoft team within Advisory is at the heart of our firm's strategy. The team consists of experienced functional and technical consultants, solution architects, GenAI/Agentic AI specialists and developers, as well as project managers who make complex implementations a success. We help public organizations to optimally use Microsoft technologies for their transformation and growth. Collaboration with other teams within PwC is therefore our strength: in our projects, we work intensively with national and international experts in areas such as Cybersecurity & Privacy, Technology & Data Analytics, Finance, People & Organisation, Customer Experience, Legal and our strategy house Strategy&. This way, we realize integrated solutions that truly add value for our clients.

Eligibility / Qualification Required:

• You are an experienced consultant in the field of GenAI/Agentic AI and Microsoft Dynamics 365 (including Customer Service and Contact Center), Power Platform and/or Copilot, with proven knowledge and experience in both winning and executing projects within the public sector.
• You love challenges and have the ambition to continuously develop yourself and your colleagues to achieve the best team performance together.
• Excellent command of the Dutch and English language, both orally and in writing;
• A completed university education;
• Driving license B;
• Minimum 8 years of experience with extensive and complex transformations based on Microsoft technology in the public sector;
• In-depth expertise as a functional expert or architect within Microsoft Dynamics 365 (including Customer Service and Contact Center) and/or Power Platform.
• Experience with the design and implementation of GenAI/Agentic AI solutions/applications;
• Strategic insight: despite all details, you never lose sight of the main goal;
• Strong soft skills to identify client issues, convert them into assignments, and build sustainable client relationships;
• Experience in guiding and coaching less experienced colleagues.
