Eligibility / Qualification Required:

BS (CS) / BS (IT) / BSE / BCE / MCS or equivalent (16 years of education), MS (CS) / MS (IT) / MS (SE) or equivalent (18 years of education) qualified will be preferred. Industry certifications such as Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (MCSA) and Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) will be considered a strong advantage.
Experience: 05 years of relevant experience.

Job Description

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve LAN/WAN connectivity and performance issues.
• Provide Level 2 and Level 3 technical support for network and infrastructure-related problems.
• Configure, manage, and troubleshoot network devices, including routers and switches (Cisco, Huawei, or equivalent).
• Configure, monitor, and maintain enterprise firewall solutions (e.g., Sophos, Sangfor, Cisco).
• Implement and manage Site-to-Site VPN connections and other secure network communication channels.
• Configure and manage Microsoft Azure services, including Azure Portal, Identity and Access Management (IAM), and related cloud resources..
• Manage Microsoft Office 365 administration, including user account creation, licensing, and access management.
• Provide technical support for video conferencing equipment and platforms (Cisco, Huawei, Panasonic).
• Manage video conferencing sessions and infrastructure.
• Administer the Zoom platform, including Zoom Admin Portal, Zoom accounts, Zoom Connector, and Zoom Webinar/Seminar accounts.
• Ensure system reliability, security, and optimal performance of network and IT infrastructure.
• Document system configurations, troubleshooting procedures, and network changes.
• Coordinate with internal teams and vendors for infrastructure support and service improvements.
