Eligibility / Qualification Required:
- Qualification: Minimum bachelor's degree (Master's preferred) in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or other disciplines related with business from a HEC recognized University/Foreign University.

- Support performance management processes, including goal setting, reviews, and performance improvement initiatives.
- Promote employee engagement, manage employee relations, and facilitate effective conflict resolution.
- Drive change management and support organizational transformation initiatives across business units.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies, governance standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Leverage HR analytics to provide insights on workforce trends and informed decision-making.
- Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence to deliver integrated and high-quality HR solutions.
