Eligibility / Qualification Required:

We are looking for a Travel Consultant with great enthusiasm for giving the best service for traveling. You will be responsible for handling the Tickets, Hotel Reservations, Visa, and other related Travel Services for our clients. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and preferably hold a certification from the International Air Transport Association (IATA), demonstrating expertise in airline ticketing and travel regulations.
• Determining clients' requirements for travel bookings, accommodation, and special interests
• Suggesting itineraries based on available travel routes and cost, availability, and convenience of transport.
• Making and confirming travel and accommodation reservations and providing options to our clients’ needs
• Notifying clients of travel dates, baggage limits, and medical, Travel clearance, Travel insurance and visa requirements
• Providing information on travel insurance, relevant government regulations such as customs regulations, and use of credit cards and traveller's cheques
• Handle customer inquiries, changes, cancellations, and complaints professionally
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of travel trends, airline rules, and destination information
• Ensure all bookings comply with company policies and industry standards

Requirements:

• IATA certification is mandatory
• At least 3-5 Years’ experience in Travel and Tourism
• Bachelor’s degree in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• Proficiency in GDS systems (Amadeus, Galileo)
• Excellent in verbal and written English communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple bookings simultaneously
• Flexible with working days and hours
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
• Detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to multitask effectively
• Excellent knowledge with Microsoft tools

Salary:
