The Digital Shelf Specialist is responsible for ensuring our products are accurate, compelling, and conversion-ready at Amazon. This role monitors and improves product detail page (PDP) quality, resolves content issues quickly, and supports conversion optimization efforts through ongoing content enhancements, digital shelf analytics, and cross-functional coordination.
Eligibility / Qualification Required:
Ensure product data and imagery meet retailer requirements and internal brand standards. Refresh copy based on brand strategy, SEO best practices, retailer guidelines, and compliance requirements. Job Qualifications Qualifications Required Associates’ degree or equivalent experience. 2+ years experience in eCommerce, digital merchandising, or product content operations. Preferred Experience with content syndication tools (Salsify, Syndigo, 1WorldSync, Plytix).
