This isn't about replacing human creativity—it's about redefining what's possible. You'll be the architect of AI-driven creative systems, building workflows and agents that unlock unprecedented speed, scale, and creative possibility.

Eligibility / Qualification Required:

· Establish quality standards, ethical guardrails, and performance benchmarks for AI-generated content · Measure and report on AI's impact: cost savings, speed gains, creative breakthroughs, and performance results Job Qualifications 10+ years of experience as an Art Director/Copywriter or Senior Designer in advertising agency environment. 2+ years creating work in AI with an AI portfolio to match Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Advertising, Fine Arts, or related creative field The AI Creative Leader: You have 5+ years in digital advertising and have fully embraced AI as a creative force multiplier. Expert Prompt Engineer: You're a master at crafting prompts that deliver.
