Eligibility / Qualification Required:

We are seeking a results-driven and proactive Debt Collection Officer to join our team in Dubai. This role focuses on both debt recovery and business development by bringing in new clients and expanding the company’s debt collection portfolio.
Responsibilities:
• Identify and generate new business opportunities for debt collection services in the UAE market.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients to onboard new debt recovery cases.
• Manage and follow up on assigned debt collection cases to ensure timely recovery.
• Act as the key point of contact between clients and associated legal partners for escalated matters.
• Coordinate with associated legal partners, where required, to support recovery actions and case progression.
• Negotiate payment plans and settlements with debtors in a professional manner.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, cases, and recovery progress.
• Prepare regular reports on business development activities, collections, and recovery performance.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in debt collection combined with business development in the UAE market.
• Strong understanding of UAE debt recovery regulations and processes.
• Demonstrated ability to generate new business and build a client portfolio.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive situations with professionalism and sound judgment.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications and collection/CRM systems.
• Fluency in English is essential; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in managing cases and client records.
