1. JOB SUMMARY:

This position will be responsible to ensure the smooth and timely implementation of the Integrated Protection Services for Afghan Refugees in Pakistan (IPSAR) project, the Logistics and Supply Chain Officer plays a critical role in managing procurement processes, coordinating the delivery of essential supplies, and maintaining efficient logistical operations. The officer ensures that all materials and resources required for service delivery—including SRH, MHPSS, IPC, and MNCH components—are available at the right time, in the right quantity, and at the right location, while maintaining compliance with both IHHN and IRC protocols.

1.  TASKS & ACCOUNTABILITIES:

• Support timely and compliant procurement of SRH, MHPSS, IPC, and MNCH supplies, equipment, and training materials as per IPSAR work plan.
• Maintain accurate inventory records for supplies at supported health facilities in Pishin and Killa Saifullah; ensure optimal stock levels and avoid stockouts or overstocking.
• Coordinate safe and efficient delivery of commodities (e.g., delivery kits, newborn kits, IEC materials) to target health facilities and community outreach teams.
• Liaise with IRC, finance, admin, and program teams to align logistics with IPSAR activity timelines and donor compliance.
• Arrange transportation, warehousing, and storage of goods in line with IPC standards, ensuring traceability and safety of medical items.
• Ensure all procurement and logistics documents are properly maintained, verified, and reported according to IHHN and donor (IRC) requirements.
• Any other task assigned by the supervisor.
