Applications are invited from suitable candidates against the following posts at PVARA purely on contract basis for a period of Three (03) years and extendable to further Two (02) years.
This position is for PVARA Executive Tier & Cadre.
Eligibility / Qualification Required:
- (a) Master's degree from a recognized institution, preferably in Finance, Economics, Public Policy, Business Administration, AI, Data Analytics/Science, Risk Management, or a closely related discipline.
- (b) Interdisciplinary qualifications that combine finance, regulation, and technology are highly preferred.
- (c) Executive education from globally recognized institutions in financial regulation, central banking, digital-asset regulation, public-sector leadership, or digital-economy strategy is desirable.
- (a) At least 12-15 years of progressively responsible leadership experience in financial regulation, central banking, securities regulation, digital-asset markets, financial-sector or other executive roles in complex financial or technology organizations, demonstrating:
- (b) Substantial experience working with or within regulatory frameworks for banking, securities, payments, or digital assets.
- (c) A proven track record of leading multidisciplinary teams and managing complex institutional reforms.
- (d) Exposure to blockchain, digital-asset ecosystems, fintech innovation, or technology-enabled financial services.
- (e) Experience representing institutions at senior levels in domestic and international fora.
- (f) Strong familiarity with AML/CFT frameworks, financial-stability considerations, and international regulatory standards.

- Authority may grant a special talent allowance, up to 100% of approved pay, to individuals with rare, specialized expertise and relevant international experience.
- Pay package for the post of Managing Director will be determined in line with the market standard, internal parity and requisite qualification, competencies and experience.
