A career in our Business Operations - Practice Support practice, within New Business Ventures, will provide you with the opportunity to invest in new business models that leverage our knowledge and build solutions for the growing digital market. New Business Ventures identifies, develops, and commercialises technology-enabled solutions that deliver PwC value, knowledge, and experience to our clients. Each new solution focuses on data-driven platforms or other intellectual property based solutions that leverage emerging technologies and new business models. Through the process of building new solutions, we foster a culture of innovation within PwC, extend brand relevance in the market, and generate new revenue. Our team is responsible for resource planning, forecasting and budgeting; and the management of venture contracts and billing of our portfolio of products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process and manage client due diligence submissions efficiently and accurately.
- Read through client questions and assign them to the appropriate subject matter experts or question banks.
- Utilize existing QA banks to find and provide vetted responses to client queries.
- Employ AI tools such as Co-pilot to assist in generating new responses when required.
- Ensure all responses align with firm practice and policy across various domains including Network Security, Privacy, Procurement, ESG, Inclusion and Diversity, Legal, Compliance and Ethics, Insurance, and Finance.
- Maintain strong communication with offshore team members and the onshore manager to ensure seamless processing of time-sensitive requests.

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify the relevance of questions to specific groups or subject matter experts.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficient in the use of AI tools and technology to enhance workflow and response quality.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a diverse team environment.
- Experience in a similar role is preferred but not mandatory.
- Advanced level of French – written, and intermediate level – spoken (mandatory)
- Advanced level of English – written and spoken (mandatory)
- Understand the importance of have a correct information management
- Knowledge of Information Security and Data Protection
- Correct Information Security Management
