Do you know those thousand-piece puzzles? They are no match for you. In the function of Workforce Management Specialist, you solve many complex puzzles every day. You plan your colleagues at PwC with clients so that the right people are with the client at the right moment. There are many factors – or puzzle pieces – that you take into account. Do you dare to take on the puzzle and have you already gained organizational experience? Then you are who we are looking for. This is what you will do: Together with a close-knit team of colleagues, you will work intensively to plan PwC's accountants and specialists with clients. These include clients throughout the country and in various sectors: from healthcare institutions to commercial multinationals. What else can you expect:
- You will annually plan around 300 accountants and specialists together with a team of approximately 5 colleagues;
- When planning, you will take into account leave arrangements, study, and the well-being of the professionals;
- You will consult with the internal client (engagement leader) to discuss capacity issues;
- You will analyze the deployment of professionals and timely signal when hours do not correspond with the agreed assignment;
- You will consult with HR, Finance, management, and other stakeholders about the deployability of employees, financial frameworks, policy choices, etc., to achieve the most efficient planning;
- You must sometimes be able to say 'no', not everything goes as professionals envision.
At PwC, you get the chance to be yourself, to get the best out of yourself in a high-performance organization, and to grow within our worldwide network. As part of our team, we offer, among other things:
- A competitive salary, attractive pension scheme, and the opportunity to develop yourself;
- Training for professional growth;
- Motivating work environment where collaboration with ambitious colleagues and recognition for your contributions are highly valued;
- Extensive employment conditions including a 'well-being budget' for physical and mental health;
- Flexibility of hybrid working, including an ergonomic home workplace and a net expense allowance for internet and other costs;
- Attractive mobility options, including the possibility to use various shared providers;
- 30-32 vacation days per year.
Eligibility / Qualification Required:
