This role is for a highly organised, proactive and detail‑driven Team Operations & Programme Support Senior Manager to support the smooth running of a 200‑person Tax Consulting team. The position spans people‑process coordination, administrative support, training scheduling, technology‑transformation activities, and managing update meetings across a team ranging from early‑career associates to experienced directors. This is a fixed term, part-time role, ideal for someone who enjoys creating structure, improving processes, coordinating multiple stakeholders, and keeping complex programmes running efficiently within Tax Consulting environments.
Eligibility / Qualification Required:

- Key Responsibilities:
- Team Operations & Coordination: Manage complex calendars, scheduling and logistics for meetings across all seniority levels. Coordinate recurring update sessions, planning cycles, people processes and team events.
- Administrative & Executive Support: Prepare agendas, meeting packs, minutes and action logs; track follow‑ups to completion. Maintain documentation across Teams, SharePoint and shared drives. Handle confidential information with discretion and sound judgement.
- Project & Process Support: Support people, training and technology‑transformation programmes, including tracking milestones and progress. Identify blockers and escalate where needed. Help streamline workflows and standardise processes for smoother execution.
- Technology & Digital Enablement: Use Microsoft 365 tools (Outlook, Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Forms) to support daily operations. Assist with technology‑transformation activities: coordinating demos, rollouts, communications and feedback. Maintain trackers and help embed new workflow tools (Planner, Asana, Trello, Miro).
- People & Training Programme Support: Coordinate training sessions, CPD activities, onboarding processes and capability‑building initiatives. Liaise with Learning & Development to manage scheduling, attendance, communications, and evaluations. Understand the needs and pressures of a professional‑services consulting environment.
- Reporting & Analytics: Prepare basic reports and dashboards using Excel (including pivots). Summarise themes, insights and action items from meetings or feedback.
- Skills & Experience Required:
- Core Skills: Excellent organisational, time‑management and prioritisation capabilities. Confident communicator across all levels (Associates to Directors). Strong stakeholder management and relationship‑building skills. High proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools and ability to learn new systems quickly.
- Personal Attributes: Proactive, self‑starter with strong ownership mind‑set. Calm and effective under pressure, especially during peak activity cycles. Detail‑oriented, accurate and reliable. Discreet, trustworthy, and comfortable handling sensitive information.
- Experience Level: Minimum 10+ years experience in senior administrative leadership, programme coordination, business operations, or people‑programme management, ideally in complex, fast‑paced environments.
- Preferred Experience: Familiarity with professional‑services environments is an advantage.
- Education: No specific degrees or field of study required.
