  • SI Strategy:

    Support our clients in their strategic thinking by integrating all dimensions of a transformation (business, technological, AI, data, process, organizational). Design target operating models (TOM), optimize costs and define delivery models. Define action plans aimed at improving DSI performance across all dimensions.   • Framing and steering SI / Business transformations:

    Co-construct their roadmap and align the company's different businesses. Rethink/optimize business processes and management rules. Make the right choices of solutions, partners and governance. Carry out implementation projects for software packages (Infor, SAP S4/Hana...) or digital products. Structure and pilot transformation projects with a risk management approach. Accompany and secure transformations by integrating a change strategy from the outset, addressing the issues of each stakeholder, by adopting people-centric approaches at all phases. Deploy projects in accordance with best practices (V-cycle and Agile). Governance, structuring, securing technological choices, redesigning business processes, supporting ERP programs…

  • Business Development:

    You have a privileged relationship with clients/CxO and independently lead client missions, manage teams, and monitor the economic performance of your projects. You have proven experience in implementing winning commercial strategies, particularly by contributing to the development of ETI accounts on which you intervene and by making commercial proposals for our clients and prospects. You contribute to the development of Technology Consulting expertise by actively participating in the community and internal work (offer development, digital product, methodological accelerators, …).

• Your Profile:

  • Diploma from a top engineering or business school, or equivalent.
  • 8 to 15 years of experience in IT transformation, program management, and organizational optimization.
  • Solid understanding of CIO Advisory issues and digital transformation.
  • Having already completed one or more SI and Digital implementation projects.
  • Proven leadership and customer relationship skills.
  • Autonomous conduct of client missions, team management.
  • Active participation in business development in a consulting firm environment.
  • Proficiency in English is essential.
