- Monitoring synergy developments and performance improvement within the financial function after the transaction.
As a (senior) manager, you will play a leading role in projects and manage a project team (including guiding and coaching colleagues). You are responsible for carrying out thorough quantitative and qualitative analyses and financial modeling, using, among other things, benchmarking and 'process analysis' techniques. You will assess the client's financial past and expected future performance.

- Knowledge of core financial processes (such as accounting, monthly closing, debtor management, consolidation, reporting, planning, and budgeting), and the associated procedures and systems is a plus.
- You are assertive, open-minded, enthusiastic, and flexible.
- You have excellent English language skills (both oral and written) and preferably Dutch.
- You have a completed Master's degree in Finance, Business Economics, Accounting & Control, Business Administration, or similar finance-related studies.
