Are you energized by helping fiscal teams with digitalization, transformation, and fiscal control? Do you get enthusiastic about sparring with Heads of Tax about the future of their Tax Function? Does it appeal to you to lead multidisciplinary teams, have intensive client contact, and apply disruptive technologies such as AI? Do you also have experience advising clients on complex issues regarding the optimization of their (fiscal) processes, organization, and risk management? Then this role is for you!
In a world where digitalization and changing tax laws and regulations are central, we support our clients in shaping and optimizing their Tax Function. Our Tax Function Consulting (TFC) team helps organizations to be fiscally 'in control' and implement successful transformations that create value. The solutions we offer are both fiscal and non-fiscal in nature and touch upon governance, risk, and technology. Within TFC, we focus on two domains: Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) and Tax Transformation. Within the GRC domain, we work on the design and improvement of fiscal control, for example, through a Tax Control Framework. Within the Tax Transformation domain, we advise companies on their Tax Operating Model, where people, processes, and technology are central. Hereby we look, in addition to interaction with ERP and EPM systems, at the application of AI and how this can help accelerate fiscal processes.
In the role of Manager, you take the lead in advising clients on the design and optimization of their Tax Function. You develop sustainable fiscal strategies and translate these into practical solutions. For example, by designing, setting up, and implementing a Tax Control Framework, or organizing monitoring and testing of the existing controls. You are not only a substantive sparring partner but also a project leader who manages teams and ensures that all parts of a trajectory run smoothly. You work closely with clients to analyze and improve their processes, technology, and organizational structure. This means that you regularly interact with stakeholders at various levels, where you can present complex issues clearly and understandably. You also maintain intensive collaboration with colleagues from Assurance, Tax, and Advisory to offer integrated solutions that go beyond just taxation. With your experience and vision, you actively contribute to the development of the field, both within PwC and with our clients. You are a driving force behind innovation, for example, by applying ERP and EPM systems and exploring AI technology to accelerate fiscal processes. In short: you ensure that clients are fiscally 'in control' and ready for the future, leveraging high-bid keywords like
