Your Team: We assist our clients, large groups or mid-cap companies, in their transformations, whether it involves regulatory compliance, Risk and Compliance functions, or global risk management. Our mission is to offer them an innovative vision of risk management, solutions adapted to current challenges (macroeconomics, AI, cybersecurity, sustainability, etc.), as well as recognized expertise to strengthen their resilience and support their growth, by integrating risk into their strategy and decisions. We combine various skills in regulatory compliance, control, internal audit, and Forensics to help our clients master their risks. Our team creates, refines, and validates risk management frameworks by relying on the best technologies and practices in the sector. Eligibility / Qualification Required:

Your Profile:

  • Graduate from a business school, engineering school, or equivalent university degree.
  • You have at least 3 years of experience in consulting or in the financial sector (insurance or banking).
  • Excellent organizational skills, rigor, and curiosity to understand complex environments and propose adapted solutions.
  • Good interpersonal skills and ability to present your analyses to various stakeholders.
  • Interest in innovative tools and solutions (advanced Excel, automation) and a professional English level (B2/C1).

Your Missions:

  • Varied missions on high-stakes and highly visible projects, in an ever-richer and evolving regulatory context, in line with market trends. We support our clients' risk and compliance departments in various projects. You will intervene on high-stakes topics, notably:
    • Transformation & optimization: organizational diagnostics, cost reduction, automation, and industrialization of processes (1st/2nd line controls, risk matrix, RPA, data quality).
    • Regulatory challenges: gap analysis, due diligence, compliance (BCBS 239/RDARR, Solvency II, GDPR, DORA, ESG/CSRD).
    • Control & remediation: strengthening internal control and resilience frameworks, defining, prioritizing, and monitoring remediation plans.
    • Regulatory expertise: deciphering new regulations, impact analyses, developing policies and governance frameworks.
    • Data & risk reporting: data reliability, BCBS 239 framing, risk data management (lineage, controls, repositories), and support for tool deployment.
  • Among our emblematic missions:
    • Piloting a regulatory transformation program impacting the entire organization (governance, processes, data, tools).
    • Impact analysis of a new regulation on activities, prioritization, and compliance trajectory.
    • Remediation strategy and redesign of risk processes with reinforcement of key controls.
    • Mapping of operational risks and deployment of control plans (RCSA, KRI, testing).
    • Redesign of risk steering mechanism and support for the deployment of a new tool (framing, acceptance testing, change management).
    • BCBS 239 / BCE RDARR guide gap analysis and remediation plan for obtaining a credit license.
