Eligibility / Qualification Required:
Your Missions / Major Challenges:
- IT Strategy: Support our clients in their strategic thinking by integrating all dimensions of a transformation (business, technological, AI, data, process, organizational).
- Design target operating models (TOM), optimize costs, and define delivery models.
- Define action plans aimed at improving DSI (Information Systems Directorate) performance across all dimensions. This includes Business IT master plans, IT / Cloud Architecture, IT Strategic Plan, Target IT operating models, operational excellence, and the operational and economic performance of the DSI.
- Framing and Steering IT / Business Transformations:
- Co-build their roadmap and align the different business lines of the company.
- Rethink/optimize business processes and management rules.
- Make the right choices for solutions, partners, and governance.
- Carry out ERP (Infor, SAP S4/Hana...) and digital solutions implementation projects.
- Structure and lead technology transformation projects with a risk management approach.
- Design and deploy steering indicators and reporting tools to manage the scope.
- Deploy projects in accordance with best practices (V-cycle and Agile).
- Support and secure transformations by integrating a change strategy from the outset, addressing the challenges of each stakeholder, and adopting people-centric approaches at all phases.
- This includes governance, structuring, securing technological choices, business process redesign, and support for ERP programs.
- Contribute to Business Development:
- Actively contribute to the development of the account(s) you are working on.
- Contribute to end-to-end sales cycles.
- Conduct client and prospect meetings and presentations.
- You contribute to the development of Technology Consulting expertise by actively participating in the community and internal work (offer development, digital product, methodological accelerators, etc.).
Your Profile:
- Degree from a top engineering or business school, or equivalent.
- 5 to 10 years of experience in IT transformation, program management, and organizational optimization in a consulting firm.
- Good understanding of CIO Advisory challenges and digital transformation.
- Already having carried out one or more IT and Digital implementation projects.
- Integrated, rigorous, dynamic, committed, you have demonstrated your leadership in complex project contexts.
- Active participation in business development in a consulting firm environment.
- English proficiency is essential.
