As a Campus Recruiter at PwC, you possess the great talent of recruiting and selecting for junior positions, traineeships, and internships. In your new role, you will work within an enthusiastic team that focuses on your personal growth and ambitions. Do you get energized by meticulously organizing everything and maintaining structure without a problem? Are you not afraid of challenging conversations? Then we are looking for you! This Campus Recruiter position at PwC involves recruiting university tax students for the Corporate Tax and Legal departments. To effectively recruit these tax and legal students for work placements, traineeships, jobs, and internships, you will organize various activities, including events at PwC offices and external locations. You will also be involved in designing and setting up exciting business courses and developing campaign plans in collaboration with the 'Labour Market Communication' department. You will serve as a central point of contact for your stakeholders, advising them on recruitment strategies and ensuring a smooth onboarding process for new colleagues. Through these activities, you will strengthen PwC's employer brand and engage the student target group. You will build talent pools, maintain contact with potential candidates, assess applications, conduct interviews, and guide candidates through the full recruitment procedure. You will also act as a sparring partner for the business regarding their recruitment needs, explain assessments, assist with interview techniques, and collaborate with HR colleagues to draft contract offers. In short: you will be involved in the candidate experience from A to Z.
