PwC offers a dynamic Contract Management career opportunity within its Procurement department. As a key player, the Contract Manager will be central to the process of managing contracts for products/services, focusing on efficiency and compliance. You will have the freedom to make this process your own while receiving excellent guidance. You will work closely with Category Managers (purchasers) within the Procurement team and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders and suppliers. Do you take responsibility and have an eye for detail? Are you interested in managing contracts in collaboration with various stakeholders? Then you are the person we are looking for!
In this Contract Manager role, you are responsible for the management of existing contracts and ensuring compliance with agreements. You play a role in concluding new contracts. All relevant stakeholders, such as the Business Owner, Legal, Data Privacy, Security, and potentially Global Procurement, are involved by you. You gather approvals from stakeholders and ensure that agreements are signed and recorded in the Source to Pay system Coupa. After signing, you manage the agreements at a tactical level based on agreed service levels, KPIs, financial, and other relevant contractual conditions. On a regular basis, you are therefore in conversation with the Business to evaluate and monitor these contractual agreements. This position involves significant contract negotiation and vendor relationship management responsibilities.
Furthermore, you are responsible for:
  • Keeping process descriptions, templates, manuals, and internal SharePoint pages up-to-date;
  • Maintaining healthy and productive business relationships with suppliers and PwC Stakeholders;
  • Reviewing contractual agreements for new contracts before they are concluded;
  • Managing the utilization of the contract;
  • Monitoring contract compliance with internal and external regulations;
  • Checking the completeness and keeping the Source to Pay system (Coupa) up-to-date for the contracts and suppliers under your management;
  • Preparing and discussing supplier improvement plans;
  • Answering questions about everything related to contracts such as specific conditions/agreements, costs, suppliers.

Eligibility / Qualification Required:

For this Contract Management job, we are looking for someone who takes responsibility and for whom ownership is self-evident. You are naturally persistent, eager to learn, and proactively seek information, daring to address people. At the same time, you enjoy supporting people in doing their work even better. You are strong in communication and collaboration. Additionally, you are well-organized and have an eye for detail.
  • Minimum 1 year relevant experience in Contract Management;
  • Experience with Coupa CLM and DocuSign is a plus;
  • You are eager to learn, quick to grasp concepts, good at overseeing a lot of information, and can quickly switch between different tasks/topics. You are flexible and can handle deadlines;
  • You are fluent in Dutch and business English and have good reading and writing skills;
  • Your educational level is at least a completed MBO-4 degree, but a completed HBO degree is preferred;
  • Available for 32-40 hours per week.
