This role involves enhancing the SME portfolio of the Regional Office by introducing fresh relationships and deepening existing portfolios. Responsibilities include marketing, initiation/preparation of proposals, arrangement of approvals, and completion of documents till disbursement of funds. The position requires analysis of the region’s SME portfolio, closely monitoring financing relationships to ensure compliance with SBP & Bank policies, risk, and yield criteria. Key duties also involve analyzing SME Credit Proposals, monitoring utilization of approved SME financing facilities, assessing financial health of clients, understanding industry/segment dynamics, and analyzing financial statements to assess creditworthiness. Regular client visits to assess business operations and preparing visit reports, along with completing facility and security documents as per approval and ensuring compliance with shariah guidelines and process flow, are crucial aspects of this SME Relationship Management role.
Eligibility / Qualification Required:
- Eligibility: Minimum 16 Years of education in Commerce, Banking and Finance & Economics from a reputable university / institute recognized by HEC or ACCA qualified.
- Experience: Minimum 4 to 5 years of working experience in SME relationship management.
- Skills Required:
- Strong financial analysis abilities.
- SME industry & SBP prudential regulations specific knowledge.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office skills.
- Problem solving, good written and verbal communication skills.
- Islamic banking knowledge would be preferable.
