The purpose of this position is to assist in maintaining database of potential lending institutions. The incumbent is also responsible to prepare schedules of financial charges of existing loans on a timely basis in order to ensure that outstanding loan payments are settled without any penalty or extra financial charges.
Eligibility / Qualification Required:
MBA with 1 year of experience related to Treasury Functions. Or M.Com with at least 2 years of experience related to Treasury Functions. Experience in Oil & Gas Sector is mandatory.
Job Description / Responsibilities:
- Prepare loans and financial charges schedules, weighted average cost of borrowing, Notes to Accounts on monthly, quarterly, half-yearly and annual basis for review by senior supervisor.
- Prepare JVs of loans in General Ledger.
- Prepare MIS reports of loans and financing arrangements for review by senior supervisor.
- Prepare payment invoices and reconciliation calculations in accordance with bank statements. Ensure invoices are signed by applicable authority holder and payments are processed accordingly.
- Prepare documents pertaining to Loan Application Form (LAF), Borrower’s Basic Fact Sheet (BBFS) and bank charges schedule as and when required by banks.
- Assist in estimating financial charges from acquired loans for the current year and evaluate cost of funds utilized.
- Comply with the risk management framework.
- Participate actively in risk management activities across the organization.
- Ensure that key risks are identified, reported, recorded and managed in a timely manner.
- Receive appropriate training in risk management.
- The individual shall ensure compliance to the Enterprise Risk Management Framework enforced in the Company while performing job responsibilities in accordance with his assigned role.
- The individual shall ensure compliance to the Business Principles and Ethics Policy / Code of Conduct.
- Undertake any other assignment as assigned by senior supervisor.
