Requirements:
- CIPD or equivalent qualification is a plus.
- Minimum of 10 years HR Management experience within Hospitality (UAE experience preferred).
- Strong knowledge of UAE Labour law and standard practice.
- Confident communicator with a hands-on approachable style.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and dynamic environment.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
