Eligibility / Qualification Required:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and observant Mystery Shopper to evaluate the quality of service, compliance with company standards, and overall customer experience at various retail and service locations across Egypt. This role will help businesses improve their operations and customer satisfaction through undercover evaluations.
Responsibilities:
- Visit assigned locations posing as a regular customer to assess service quality and store conditions.
- Complete detailed reports based on observations after each visit.
- Evaluate employee behavior, adherence to company policies, and overall customer engagement.
- Identify areas for improvement and provide constructive feedback to help enhance service standards.
- Maintain confidentiality and foster discretion during evaluations to ensure unbiased results.
Requirements:
- Strong attention to detail and excellent observation skills.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal, to provide clear and concise feedback.
- Ability to remain discreet and maintain confidentiality during evaluations.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Familiarity with retail and customer service environments is a plus.
- Reliable and responsible with a commitment to delivering honest and thorough reports.
