About the Client:
A leading Abu Dhabi based interior design and fit-out company with over 25 years of experience delivering high-end, turnkey interior solutions across diverse industries.

• Review and approve shop drawings, material submittals, and method statements to ensure full compliance with project specifications and authority regulations.
• Coordinate architectural, structural, and MEP drawings, resolving technical and design conflicts between concept, execution, site, and joinery factory teams.
• Manage technical submissions, approvals, drawing logs, and document control while attending consultant and client meetings.
• Oversee joinery production drawings and factory progress, supervise technical engineers and draftsmen, and ensure high-quality detailing and fabrication standards.

Requirements:

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical design coordination (fit-out/joinery experience preferred); Proficiency in -AutoCAD and relevant design/document control software
• Must have strong knowledge of architectural, structural, and MEP drawing coordination; Proven experience reviewing shop drawings, material submittals, and method statements
• Familiarity with local authority regulations and approval processes

Salary:
AED 35,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
