If you join our growing team, composed of over 60 collaborators, you will integrate Capital Markets & Accounting Advisory Services (CMAAS). This team advises and supports PwC's major international clients in resolving their complex accounting challenges: projects for adopting new standards, transactions, restructurings, or fundraising. CMAAS also assists clients in implementing their sustainability reporting, in response to the increasing demands and expectations of investors and regulators. By joining the team, you will be involved in high-value-added projects, at decisive moments in the life of companies, within multidisciplinary PwC teams (consultants, actuaries, transaction teams, auditors, etc.). You will also have the opportunity to participate occasionally in projects to support international operations. This is a key role for a Consulting Manager, Finance Manager, or Senior Accountant looking for Growth and Impact at PwC.

Eligibility / Qualification Required:

• Your Missions:

  • Manage multidisciplinary teams (consultants, auditors, valuators, etc.).
  • Carry out accounting standard conversion projects (IFRS, US GAAP) or implement new accounting standards (IFRS 18, etc.).
  • Prepare financial information (pro forma information, combined financial statements, ad hoc, etc.) necessary for a transaction (disposal, spin-off, carve-out) or a fundraising (IPO, debt issuance, etc.).
  • Resolve accounting structuring issues related to external growth operations (acquisition, takeover, establishment of joint ventures, creation of divisions, etc.).
  • Advise our listed clients on optimizing their financial communication (key performance indicators, regulatory challenges, etc.).
  • Advise our clients on the implementation of new ESG regulations (CSRD) and “sustainable finance” (European taxonomy), impacting both their extra-financial information (sustainability reporting) and their financial statements.
  • Supervise, evaluate, and coach teams throughout assignments.
  • Participate in commercial proposals and the development of the CMAAS offer.

• Your Profile:

  • You have a Master's degree (Bac+5) from a business school, engineering school, or university.
  • You have at least 5 years of experience in a consulting firm, audit firm, or a corporate function (accounting standards, consolidation, reporting, etc.).
  • You demonstrate technical skills in accounting and have in-depth knowledge of IFRS (especially IFRS 17); ideally, you have worked on one or more listed companies publishing IFRS accounts.
  • You have a strong interest in accounting and financial topics, you demonstrate analytical skills, rigor, initiative, and critical thinking.
  • You are curious and have an appetite for accounting challenges.
  • You are proficient in written and spoken English at a B2 level.
  • You mobilize your interpersonal skills to work in a team.
  • You demonstrate adaptability and flexibility, and are willing to travel to meet our clients.
