We are seeking an ambitious and self-driven Business Analyst (Senior Associate) to join our Tax & Legal team in Athens. Key responsibilities for this Tax Technology Specialist role include owning project delivery end-to-end, driving technology projects from scoping and planning through to delivery, coordinating across business teams, vendors, and engineering to meet deadlines. The successful candidate will also anticipate dependencies, identify risks, manage stakeholder communication, gather and document business requirements, and translate them into functional specifications, process flows, and current/future-state process maps to support Digital Transformation initiatives in the financial services sector.
Eligibility / Qualification Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field.
- Three (3) to Five (5) years of experience in project management and/or business analysis, delivering technology projects across multiple stakeholders, teams, and vendors.
- Experience in B2B environments or regulated organizations is highly recommended.
- Proficiency in MS Suite; familiarity with tools like Figma, Visio, Alteryx, or Power BI is a plus.
- Fluent in Greek and English.
