Eligibility / Qualification Required:
To manage, administer, and oversee all contractual aspects of construction projects, ensuring compliance with contract terms, minimizing risks, and protecting the company’s commercial interests.
Key Responsibilities
• Review, analyze, and interpret contract documents (main contracts, subcontracts, and consultancy agreements).
• Ensure compliance with contract terms, conditions, and specifications.
• Prepare, evaluate, and negotiate subcontract agreements.
• Monitor project progress in line with contractual obligations.
• Identify contractual risks and provide mitigation strategies.
• Manage variations, claims, and change orders, including preparation and evaluation.
• Prepare and submit contractual correspondence (notices, claims, extensions of time, etc.).
• Assist in dispute resolution, arbitration, or mediation processes when required.
• Coordinate with project, legal, procurement, and finance teams on contractual matters.
• Maintain proper documentation and records of all contract-related communications.
• Support tendering process including contract review and risk analysis.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and applicable laws/regulations.
Requirements:
Qualifications & Experience
• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Law, or related field.
• Minimum 5–6 years of experience in contracts administration within construction/EPC projects.
• Strong knowledge of standard contract forms (e.g., FIDIC).
• Experience in handling claims, variations, and dispute resolution.
• Familiarity with GCC construction practices is preferred.
