This role, Senior Associate (Reward, Employee Relations, Policy & Process), is located in Jersey. It falls under the Line of Service: Business Enablement, People Pillar, with a Grade of Senior Associate and contracted hours per week of 37.5 hours. As part of the People Operations team, this Senior Associate role plays a crucial part in delivering a great employee experience to the business by using knowledge of people policies and procedures to ensure effective communication across various stakeholder groups, managing expectations whilst streamlining and simplifying processes. The role is the Subject Matter Expert for Employee Relations (ER), Policy and Process, contributing to effective Human Resources Management and Workforce Optimization.
Eligibility / Qualification Required:
- Qualifications & Certifications: CIPD Level 3 or above (or equivalent).
- Candidates must hold their own right to work in Guernsey or Jersey, as PwC is unable to provide a work permit for this role.

- Developing a deep understanding of ER processes ensuring that the Firm complies with local legislation whilst managing employees fairly and equitably
- Oversight of all ER cases, delegation and tracking
- Monitor and report on themes arising from ER cases, ensuring that records are up to date and accurate.
- Ensure relevant leaders within the firm are upskilled and supported to handle ER matters as they arise.
- Developing a deep understanding of housing & work permits ensuring compliance with local legislation whilst supporting employees
- Support with other key areas within the People Operations team, ensuring legal and regulatory compliance.
