The PwC AC teams for Alliances provides centralized operational support, enabling scalable, efficient delivery of alliance programs through process excellence, data management, and cross-functional collaboration.
The Opportunity: As a Commercial Operations Senior Analyst at PwC, you will play a key role in supporting contract creation, program documentation, and stakeholder coordination to accelerate alliance deal execution. You’ll partner closely with Sales, Legal, and Alliance teams to prepare compliant quote packages, engagement artifacts, and program documents that support Resell motions. This role involves drafting and refining engagement records, mapping contract data across Salesforce and Icertis, and proactively addressing blockers in the intake process. You’ll also contribute to leadership reporting by developing Power BI dashboards focused on usability, accuracy, and decision-making alignment.

Responsibilities:- Quote & Contract Package Support:
- Draft engagement artifacts including EAFs and quote documents to support Sales-led client discussions.
- Build initial quote packages for new opportunities, ensuring timely readiness for client presentations.
- Create contract documentation aligned with Sales requests and commercial policies.
- Resell & Referral Program Operations:
- Track opportunity statuses across Salesforce and alliance portals to maintain program visibility.
- Coordinate with partner contacts and internal teams to align pricing, product, and delivery information across deal stages.
- Designs program playbooks, assets, and tools for Resell.
- Onboarding & Intake Management:
- Validate new opportunity intakes for completeness and correctness of documentation.
- Ensure system updates and approvals align with firm guidelines for alliance-related transactions.
- Lifecycle Reporting & Tracking:
- Monitor opportunity progress from quote creation to contract execution and invoicing.
- Assist in the development of tracker updates and reporting metrics for commercial leadership.
- Conduct monthly pipeline reporting, supporting engagement team with their pipeline hygiene within Salesforce, Trackers, etc.
Requirements:- Experience: +2 years of experience in commercial operations, client contracting, or alliance support, preferable within a professional services or SaaS environment. Strong stakeholders management with sense of urgency.
- English: Advanced level (both oral & written).
- Digital Tools: Excel & Powerpoint advanced level. PowerBI: advanced level including dashboard creation from scratch. Open to learn new tools & upskilling.
- Softs skills: strongly analytical, detail oriented, effective communicator, including presentation skills, proactive problem solver, business minded, self-efficient.
Preferred skills:- Salesforce, SharePoint, MS Forms, FlexForecast, Icertis, Einstein dashboards, GenAI tools (e.g., Co-Pilot, ChatPwC) are a plus.
- Automations & PowerApps would be valued.
