Eligibility / Qualification Required:

  • Education: Degree from a top engineering or business school, or equivalent.
  • Experience: 8 to 15 years of experience in IT transformation, program management, and organizational optimization.
  • Strong understanding of CIO Advisory challenges and digital transformation.
  • Proven experience in having delivered one or more SI (Information Systems) and Digital implementation projects.
  • Demonstrated leadership and client relationship skills.
  • Ability to independently lead client missions, manage teams, and oversee the economic performance of your projects.
  • Active participation in commercial development in a consulting firm environment, with proven experience in implementing winning commercial strategies, contributing to the development of mid-market accounts, and creating commercial proposals for clients and prospects.
  • Contribution to the development of Technology Consulting expertise by actively participating in the community and internal work (offer development, digital products, methodological accelerators, etc.).
  • Proficiency in English is essential.
  • Key Missions/Challenges:
    • SI Strategy: Support clients in their strategic reflection by integrating all dimensions of a transformation (business, technological, AI, data, process, organizational).
    • Design target operating models (TOM), optimize costs, and define delivery models.
    • Define action plans aimed at improving the performance of the IT department across all dimensions (SI business master plans, SI / Cloud architecture, IT strategic plan, target IT operating models, operational excellence, operational and economic performance of the IT department).
    • SI / Business Transformation Framing and Steering: Co-construct roadmaps and align the different business lines of the company.
    • Rethink/optimize business processes and management rules.
    • Make the right choices for solutions, partners, and governance.
    • Execute software implementation projects (Infor, SAP S4/Hana...) or digital products.
    • Structure and steer transformation projects with a risk management approach.
    • Support and secure transformations by integrating a change strategy from the outset, addressing the challenges of each stakeholder, and adopting people-centric approaches at all phases.
    • Deploy projects in accordance with best practices (V-cycle and Agile).
    • Governance, structuring, securing technological choices, business process redesign, ERP program support.
