Are you eager to make a real impact for Dutch multinationals owned by families and private investors? Are you ready to take a leading role within client teams and guide complex tax issues from advice to realization? In the role of Manager Corporate Tax within our Private Business practice, you will contribute to (operational) Dutch multinationals. You will work closely with directors and in-house tax teams of our clients and serve as their trusted sparring partner. Your role involves leading multiple client files within the Corporate Tax practice for Private Business clients, ensuring both quality and progress. You will maintain direct contact with the client, various stakeholders, and the Tax Authorities. You will coordinate collaboration with colleagues from Transfer Pricing, M&A, VAT, and Consulting, among others, and translate developments in laws and regulations into clear advice and practical implementation. You will work closely with colleagues on tax issues at international private companies, including portfolio companies of private equity and large family businesses, typically with a Dutch head office. You will be involved in (cross-border) business restructurings, business successions within families, and the tax implications of acquisitions (such as interest deduction and transaction costs). You will bring colleagues from different fields together and offer integrated solutions for clients. You will actively seek new opportunities with clients and relationships and build sustainable, long-term collaborations. You will guide and coach team members in their professional and personal development and provide direction to projects.
