As Advisory Technology Consulting is growing, our ambition is to grow in our Microsoft BizApps practice. We are looking for a highly experienced Dynamics 365 Finance Consultant to lead and support the implementation, optimization, and continuous improvement of Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain Management. You will work closely with business stakeholders, solution architects, and technical teams to translate business requirements into scalable, high-quality solutions. This role is ideal for someone with deep functional expertise, a hands-on approach, and strong communication and leadership skills.
Eligibility / Qualification Required:
Your Impact as a Dynamics 365 Finance Manager:
- Leading end-to-end Dynamics 365 Finance implementations, from requirement gathering to go-live and hypercare.
- Translating complex business needs into clear functional designs and system configurations.
- Advising stakeholders on best practices, system capabilities, and process optimization.
- Conducting workshops, fit-gap analyses, solution design sessions, and documentation.
- Collaborating with architects and developers to ensure solution consistency and quality.
- Configuring and customize D365 Finance modules (Accounts Payable, Receivables, General Ledger, Fixed Assets, etc.).
- Supporting data migration, testing cycles, integration design, and UAT.
- Provide leadership and coaching to junior consultants.
- Ensure solutions are aligned to industry standards, security guidelines, and project methodology.
- Act as a trusted advisor, driving digital transformation and user adoption.
About You:
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience implementing Dynamics 365 Finance.
- Strong Finance functional knowledge.
- Proven experience delivering full lifecycle ERP projects.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to solve complex business challenges.
- Experience working with Power Platform, integrations, and data migration tools.
- Excellent communication skills; able to engage with C-level stakeholders and end users.
- Strong documentation, workshop, and presentation capabilities.
- Fluent in English (and Dutch/French is a must).
